Colonie - Michael Anthony Banker passed away after a brief illness on Jan 5th 2025 and was surrounded by his wife and mom.

He graduated from Albany High School, worked at the Daughters of Charity and then for over 20 years at the Albany County Courthouse as a Custodial Maintenance worker. Mike was a hardworking man and loving husband and son who will be truly missed. Mike always had a way to make you laugh. He especially loved Nascar, Football and fishing. Mike also loved his dogs Joe, Lucky & Lola.

He was survived by his wife, Veronica Holcomb; mother, Pat Banker; stepdaughter, Alicia Shatraw; cousin, Dawn Williams; aunt and uncle, Rose and Ken Flack; the Silvia family and many friends.

Calling hours will be held at the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, Colonie on Thursday Jan 9th from 5-7 pm, with a prayer service at 7.
