In Loving Memory of Joyce Marie Clarke Born in Albany, New York to Hubert Williams and Frances McNamara on July 30, 1929, Joyce passed away peacefully on December 2nd, 2021 with loving family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Allan Mason Clarke, Her two brothers James Richard and Hugh Williams, and her daughter, Judith A. Clarke. Joyce loved her childhood stomping grounds in Willsboro, New York where her mother and father bought a small cabin to spend the summers. When Joyce married the love of her life, Allan, They decided to have a camp built on Willsboro Point so as their children could have a place to grow memories of the many summers spent there. Joyce and her family resided many years in Clifton Park, New York and she spent many years wintering in Mexico and traveling abroad. Later on she settled down to make Willsboro her place of residence with her two feline companions. Joyce is survived by her son William A. ( Ann) Clarke, her daughter Nancy Clarke, grand children Melinda Clarke, Bessie Clarke and William A. Clarke (A.J.) As per her Joyces wishes, there will be a private family service and internment on Friday December 10th, 9:30AM at the Saratoga National Cemetery, Stillwater, New York. In lieu of flowers you may donate to your local animal shelter.
