Schenectady - Ruth E. (Albert) Davis: 74, of Schenectady NY, widow of Robert Davis, passed away unexpectedly January 9th, 2013 with her family by her side. Born November 11, 1938 in Albany NY, she was the youngest daughter of the late Robert and Angeline Albert. She is survived by her loving children William Kohinke, Daniel (Donna) Kohinke and Jennifer (Otis) Helfrich; her grandchildren Secora and Katrina Kohinke and Dustin and Jessica Helfrich; her brother Robert (Isobel) Albert and sister Marian (Donald) Barrell; and nieces and nephews Valerie, Wendy, Bobby and Robbie. She is also survived by her late husbands children Robert, Paul, Mark, Jean and Heidi. Ruth's passions included crocheting, gardening, enjoying feeding and watching wild birds and helping any stray cats, but most especially cooking. Private services at the convienence of the family. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at your local humane society.
