Troy - Rita Ann Atkins, 79, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at The Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Albany, Rita was the daughter of the late Nixon L. Frank and Rita Tansey Frank. She had lived in the Alany area all of her life.
Rita was predeceased by her husband, John Atkins; her children, John and Tina; and her siblings, Robert and Maureen. She is survived by her brother, James M. Frank of Colonie.
Private funeral services are being conducted at the convenience of the family.
