Loudonville - Rosary "Pat" Carcia Blau, 72, of Gregory Lane died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at her home. Born in Albany, the daughter of the late Rose Moro and Andrew Carcia, Pat was a lifelong area resident. She worked for the State of New York for 25 years, retiring in 1995. She was a communicant of St. Pius X Church in Loudonville, an avid Yankee fan and always enjoyed having her family together, especially her grandchildren & great grandchildren. She will be missed greatly by her loving family. Pat was the wife of Thomas R. Blau; mother of Patricia Ann Gaston (John) of Watervliet, James Andrew Blau of Victorville, CA and Amy Beth Gallacchi of Colonie; sister of Mary Genovesi (Philip) of Latham and Josephine Rowe (James) of Oneonta; grandmother of Jennifer Muzio (George) and Carolyn McCulloch (Shawn) , Joshua and Jessica Gallacchi; great-grandmother of Ryan and Carter Muzio and James Thomas Tice, Jr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be 9 o'clock Thursday morning from the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, Colonie and at 10 o'clock at St. Pius X Church, Crumite Rd., Loudonville. Burial will be in Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
