Colonie - Marie Paccella Ramundo, 99, of West Albany died Saturday, April 21, 2012 at the Hudson Park Nursing Home in Albany. Born in Albany, Marie was a lifelong resident of West Albany. She was a communicant of the former St. Francis de Sales Church in West Albany and a member of the West Albany Italian Benevolent Society Ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed cooking, bingo and coffee. Marie was the wife of the late Vito Ramundo; and mother of Lucy Lorraine Lee (Robert) of Colonie, Daniel Donald Ramundo, Sr. of West Albany, Anthony Ramundo (Dolores) of Colonie, Dolores Hill (John) of Averill Park and the late Gerald Ramundo (and late Mary) and Sandra Panetta (and late Carmen). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral 9:00 o'clock Wednesday morning from the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, Colonie and at 10:00 o'clock at Christ Our Light Church, 1 Maria Dr., Loudonville. Burial will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 - 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
