Obituary of Anthony J. Bisognano

Colonie - Anthony J. Bisognano, 82, of Quincy St. died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Born in Albany, Anthony was the son of the late Carmela Sofia and Joseph Bisognano. He was a lifelong resident of Colonie. He worked for 30 years as a Tow Truck Driver for Colonie Garage and was a member of the West Albany Fire Department and the West Albany Italian Benevolent Society. Anthony served in the United States Army from 1957 to 1959. Anthony was the twin brother of Phil J. Bisognano and brother of Andrew J. Bisognano, Sam Bisognano and the late Joseph Bisognano and Catherine Rose Bisognano. He is also survived by several neices and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 o'clock Saturday morning at the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, Colonie. Burial will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie. Calling hours will be Friday from 4 - 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
