Brian Anthony McKenna passed away on February 5, 2026.

Brian was the son of John Patrick (deceased) and Mary Davita McKenna. He was born on July 20, 1965 in Albany NY. He was the beloved brother of John Patrick McKenna III (deceased), Kevin Michael McKenna (deceased), Sharon Seim Heup (Mark) of Sandy Spring GA, Daniel John McKenna, MD (Holly) of Fort Myers, FL and Matthew David McKenna (Britta) of Buffalo, NY. He was father to Meghan and Claire McKenna. He was uncle to six nieces and nephews.

Brian graduated from the University of Notre Dave in 1988 and received a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College. He was commissioned as Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. He had a long career in Finance and most recently, worked as Business Manager at St. Philip Benizi church in Jonesboro, GA.

Brian’s friends and family will remember him as a fun-loving and kind man.

A Mass of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, June 13th at St. Matthews Catholic Church, 25 Mountainview St, Voorheesville, NY 12186 at 9:00 a.m. A reception will follow from 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Albany - the Desmond Hotel in Room 2 King Street.
