Jeffrey M. Fisher (64) of Knox, N.Y. passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025 at his home, surrounded by his family.
Jeff was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He was a very loyal and devoted friend to many. He was a jack of all trades. He would always lend a helping hand whenever needed. No task was too big or too small for him to handle. He was an avid sportsman. He enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, and snowmobiling.
Jeff was also a huge NASCAR enthusiast. Also known as Ricky Bobby. He enjoyed going up to Watkins Glen to watch the race and camp with his friends and family every year. He was known as the Grill master, whether it was grilling or smoking noone could compete.
Jeff grew up in Voorheesville, N.Y. He traveled to multiple states to fairs with Jay Spaulding Tattoos. He worked for the railroad and finally started his career working for Local 12 Ironworkers.
He was a member of Voorheesville Rod and Gun Club, Altamont VFW Horseshoe League, Frontier Snowriders and the Warners Lake Improvement Association.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Candace Fisher and his children, Katrina Fisher of Schenectady, N.Y., Ashley (Justin) Morehouse of Owego, N.Y., Tiffany (Jared) Wengenack of Schoharie, N.Y., and Cody (Emily) Fisher of Medusa, N.Y.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jayden Fisher, David Patnode, James Patnode, Courtney Morehouse, Colin Morehouse, Jason Morehouse, Dean Wengenack, Roy Wengenack and Ellie Fisher.
At Jeffrey Fisher's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
