Deloran "Hippie" Payne Obituary

Deloran “Hippie” M. Payne of Voorhessville passed away peacefully in his home on June 4th, 2025. Hippie was born in Cobleskill on February 2nd, 1968 to the late Caroline (Parslow) and Maynard D. Payne, Sr.


He is survived by his brothers, Maynard D. Payne, Jr. and John Payne, and his beloved children Kyle and Eryn Payne. He is predeceased by his sister Jayne Munzo and half sister Nancy Cross.


Hippie worked for over twenty years at Grassland Equipment and Irrigation Corp. He was known to the community for his small engine repair business. He had a love of sports, especially for the New York Yankees and the New York Jets.


Family and friends are invited to visit from 1pm  to 4 pm on Sunday June 8th at Reilly and Son Funeral Home, 9 Voorheesville Ave., Voorheesville, NY 12186.
