I was so sad to hear of Dick's passing. He was a very special person. I worked for NYS for 37 years in a few agencies including Mental Hygiene and I can say without hesitation that Dick was the best boss and a great friend. Always kind and made us laugh especially when the job would get to us. My sincere sympathy to Judy and his family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Pixie Donahue Fuller
